By reporting timely, accurate and impartial news, producing informative current affairs programs or hosting live forums on topical issues, the station strives to ensure listeners of different cultural backgrounds have access to the most up-to-date information so that they can participate fully and make a positive contribution to society.

In keeping with its commitment to reach out to as many cultural communities as possible, the station has recently added Spanish to it list of international programming, bringing the total number of different languages to 14, in addition to Cantonese and Mandarin.
